We’re proud to announce the addition of a new RodRadar Live Dig Radar® excavator bucket to our fleet — a significant investment in the safety and efficiency of our excavation operations. Using innovative ground-penetrating radar technology integrated directly into the excavator bucket, the system provides real-time detection and alerts for underground utilities during excavation, helping our teams to work with greater awareness and confidence around buried services.
The new technology will be deployed on our 9T and 13T Hitachi Excavators on sites, supporting our continued commitment to reducing the risk of utility strikes and improving safety for our workforce, clients and the wider public. We have provided our employees with comprehensive training to ensure the equipment is operated safely and effectively, while also actively promoting the benefits of this innovative technology to our clients and wider industry personnel.
