In addition, monthly site inspections and close monitoring of near misses help us maintain the highest standards across all projects.

Audits & Accreditations

To ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across all our sites, we undergo regular Achilles and Constructionline audits . These independent assessments review our health and safety procedures, documentation, and on-site practices, confirming that our operations meet — and often exceed — industry requirements. By maintaining these accreditations, we demonstrate our ongoing commitment to a safe, compliant, and responsible working environment for everyone involved in our projects.

Carbon Reduction Plan

Face Fit Testing

We provide in-house face fit testing for all employees to ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) fits correctly and offers maximum protection. Accident Reporting

At LCS Civils Ltd, we’ve introduced QR code posters across all sites to make reporting near misses and positive safety interactions quick, easy, and confidential. This system allows our workforce to instantly share information using their mobile devices, helping us monitor safety trends and take prompt action to prevent future incidents. By encouraging open communication and proactive reporting, we continue to strengthen our safety culture and protect everyone on site.
